# How to update hundreds of leads at once in Leaf360

> A written walkthrough of the video showing how to use mass actions on the Sales Pipeline list instead of updating leads one at a time.

This is the written version of a short video showing how to update many leads at once in Leaf360, instead of clicking into each one individually.

## Acting on many leads at once

  <Step title="Select your leads">
    Click the checkbox just above your top lead to select everyone currently loaded on the page, or tick individual rows for a smaller batch.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Extend past the loaded page if needed">
    A bar appears above the table showing how many are selected, with a **Select all {"{n}"} records** option to extend the selection past the current page to everything your filters match.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Move everyone to a stage, or pick a smaller batch">
    Selecting the whole page moves every loaded lead into whatever action you choose next. If your page size is set to 100, that's the first 100 that get selected — change **Rows per page** if you want a different batch, or use **Select all {"{n}"} records** to cover everything your filters match instead.

  <Step title="Send a bulk email">
    Choose **Bulk Email** to send the whole selection an existing template, preview it, and send — covered in more detail in [Create Email and SMS Templates With AI](/faq/ai-email-sms-templates) and [How to send and schedule bulk email in Leaf360](/faq/schedule-bulk-email).

  <Step title="Assign in bulk">
    You can also assign the whole selection to a different team member, or to a business contact — for example, a referral partner you want to hand a list of clients to. Changing a lead's assignment this way moves it out of wherever it's currently grouped and into wherever the new assignment belongs.
