# How to send and schedule bulk email in Leaf360

> A written walkthrough of the video showing how to send a bulk email to a whole pipeline right away, or schedule it for later.

This is the written version of a short video showing how to write something once and either send it now or schedule it for a specific date — for example, a newsletter that goes out next Thursday.

## Sending or scheduling a bulk email

  <Step title="Select your recipients">
    Open any pipeline — Sales Pipeline, All People, Contacts, or Loans. Check the box at the top of the list, or use **Select all {"{n}"} records** if you want everyone your filters match, not just the loaded page.

  <Step title="Choose Bulk Email">
    Pick **Bulk Email** from the bar of actions that appears above the table.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Write or pick a template">
    Write your email from scratch, or select from any of your existing templates.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send now, or schedule it">
    Once it looks good, send it right away — or, if you want to schedule the send, choose the date and time you want it to go out instead.

## Managing a scheduled send

A scheduled campaign sits under **Scheduled Sends** on [Email Campaigns](/mortgage-crm/email-campaigns) until it goes out, showing its recipient count and the exact send time — in the time zone of whoever scheduled it, not necessarily yours. From there you can:

* **Reschedule** it to a new date and time (at least two minutes in the future).
* **Cancel** it outright.

<Note>
  Recipients who have unsubscribed from email are automatically skipped on any bulk send, and are not counted as failures — the result screen reports how many were left out.
