# All People

> Your searchable list of every lead record in Leaf360 Mortgage CRM, with column filters, saved filters, CSV export and bulk actions.

All People is a flat, searchable table of all your lead records. The Sales pipeline organizes leads by stage, but All People puts them all in one long list instead, so you can search, filter by column, sort, export, and work with many leads at once. The subtitle under the title spells this out: **database/search view**.

Open it by clicking **People** under **Pipelines** in the sidebar. The number on that sidebar row matches the total this page shows.

Every row is a lead. Clicking one opens that lead's record under Sales, so think of All People as the place to find and select records, and [Sales Pipeline](/mortgage-crm/sales-leads) as the place to work them.

## The header

Below the title is a line showing how many records match your current filters. Next to it are two numbers:

* **people** — the same total record count.
* **pipeline value** — the loan amounts added up across the rows on your current page, not across every record that matches your filters.

The table refreshes itself about every thirty seconds, and the subtitle reads **Loading...** while it does.

## Finding records

<Steps>
  <Step title="Search">
    The **Search by name, email, or phone...** box sits at the top left. It waits a moment after you stop typing, then searches your entire list of records — the results replace the whole table instead of just hiding rows.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Filter by created date">
    The date control offers **All Time**, **Today**, **Yesterday**, **This Week**, **Last Week**, **This Month**, **Last Month**, and **Custom Range...**. Choosing the custom option adds a **Pick range** button with a two-month calendar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Filter by column">
    Click any column title to open a small menu. It gives you sort options for that column, and if the column holds a fixed set of values, a checkbox list of those values too. Columns with more than six options get their own **Search...** box.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Read back what is applied">
    Active column filters show up as small tags next to the search box, each with an X to remove it. **Clear all** removes them all at once.
  </Step>
</Steps>

### Saved filters

Once you've applied column filters, click **Save filter** next to the tags, or **Save current filters** inside the **Smart Filters** menu, to store that set under a name you pick. Saved sets show up in the **Smart Filters** menu with a count on the button, and each one has a trash icon so you can delete it. Until you've saved any, the menu reads **No saved filters yet.** and **Apply column filters then save them here.**

Saved filters follow your account, so they're there for you no matter which computer you sign in from.

### Lead Team

The **Lead Team** control narrows the table down to one team member's records. It's a paid feature, so on the free plan it won't appear at all — it's not just grayed out. Once you've picked a member, the X beside the button clears the filter.

## Choosing your columns

Click **Columns** to open a list of every available column, each with its own checkbox, plus a **Search columns...** box and **Show all**, **Reset order**, and **Hide all** at the bottom. The counter on the button shows how many columns are currently visible.

Most columns start turned off. By default you'll see Full Name, Email, Phone, Source, Referral Partner, Status, Tags, Lead Team, Loan Amount, Credit Score, Timeline, Loan, Created Date, Last Contact, and DNC, plus any custom fields your company has set up for leads. Everything else covers the rest of the loan and borrower detail: Stage, Priority, Loan Purpose, Loan Program, Purchase Price, Down Payment, Annual Income, Property Type, Property State, Occupancy, Employment, Employer, Pre-Qualified, Responded, Attempts, First Time Buyer, Veteran, Address, Loan Product, Subject Property, Subject Prop. State, Co-Borrower, Note Rate, Language, and Speed to Lead.

You can reorder columns by dragging the grip handle beside each row in this box. Dragging is turned off while you have text in the search box. Your visible columns, their order, and your active column filters are all remembered on the computer you set them on.

## Opening a record

Click the name in the **Full Name** column to open a record — clicking anywhere else on the row doesn't do anything.

Right-click a row to open **Lead Actions**, with **Open lead**, **Open in new tab**, and **Copy lead link**.

Two cells work on their own too: click the email to open a message to that person, or click the phone number to see your call and text options.

## Acting on many records at once

Check the box on a row, or the one in the header to grab the whole page. A bar appears above the table telling you what's selected, with a **Select all {n} records** option to extend your selection past the current page to everything matching your filters. **Clear** drops the selection.

| Action                | What it does                                                                                                    |
| --------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Move to Stage** | Changes the lead status for every selected record, using your company's own list of statuses |
| **Bulk Email** | Opens an email to everyone you selected |
| **Add to Campaign** | Adds everyone selected to a marketing campaign |
| **Assign** | Hands everyone selected to a different team member, assignment pond, or team — **Unassign** is in the same list |
| **Assign to Contact** | Links the selected leads to an existing business contact |
| **Move to Contact** | Turns the selected leads into business contacts |
| **Tags** | Adds, removes, or replaces tags across everyone selected |
| **DNC Check**         | Runs a do-not-call check on everyone selected                                                                   |
| **Merge** | Merges records — only shows up once you've selected at least two |
| **Archive** | Sets the selection aside — archived records can be brought back later |
| **Delete** | Removes the selected records for good |

**Archive** and **Delete** both ask you to type something before they'll go through: the person's first name if it's just one record, or the word `confirmed` if it's several.

<Warning>
  **Move to Contact** doesn't leave a copy behind — its own confirmation says so. The leads become business contacts, and the original lead records are gone for good. You'll be asked for a contact type and a primary loan officer, and Leaf360 checks for any contacts that already match before going through, so you can resolve each one. The converted records show up on [Contacts](/mortgage-crm/contacts) afterward.
</Warning>

## Duplicates and export

**Find Duplicates** opens **Duplicate Analysis**. It starts out empty. Click **Scan** to run the check — it groups records that look like the same person and tells you how many groups and records it found. The button then becomes **Rescan**. If there's nothing to find, it says **No duplicates found**.

**Export CSV** downloads every record matching your current filters, not just the page you're looking at — the button's tooltip tells you so. The file is named for the day you exported it, and the button reads **Exporting...** while it works.

## Pagination

**Rows per page** offers 25, 50, 100, and 200, and starts at 100. The four arrows beside it move you to the first, previous, next, and last page, and the counter above the table shows which slice of the total you're looking at.

## All People, Contacts and Partner Pipelines

Three screens in Leaf360 Mortgage CRM list people, and they overlap less than their names suggest.

| Screen | Holds | Reach it from | Use it when |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **All People** | Lead records | **People** under **Pipelines** | You want to search, filter, export, or work with many leads at once |
| **Contacts** | Business contacts, meaning partners rather than borrowers | **Partners** under **Pipelines** | You're working with agents, title companies, insurance partners, and other referral sources |
| **Partner Pipelines** | The same business contacts, narrowed to one contact pipeline | The pipeline's own row under **Pipelines** | You want one pipeline's contacts, split by its stages |

All People pulls from a different source than the other two, so a person won't show up on both unless someone converted or linked them. [Contacts](/mortgage-crm/contacts) and [Partner Pipelines](/mortgage-crm/dynamic-contacts) share one set of records between them.

## Common questions

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="The pipeline value number looks too low">
    It only adds up the loan amounts on the page you're looking at — change the rows per page and the number changes too. The **people** count beside it is the real total for your filters.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The table is empty and I know I have records">
    An empty table reads **No records yet**, or **No results found** when you've got a search term in the box. Clear the search, clear the column filter tags, and set the date filter back to **All Time**, then check whether the **Lead Team** control is narrowed to one person.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I can't find the Lead Team filter">
    It's hidden on the free plan, and also hidden if your company doesn't have any other team members loaded yet. Either way, nothing shows up in its place.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="My columns went back to the defaults">
    Column choices, column order, and active column filters live on the computer you set them on. A different computer, or clearing what this one remembers, starts you back at the defaults. Saved filters under **Smart Filters** are stored on your account instead, so those do follow you.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I selected everyone but only some records changed">
    The header checkbox only grabs the current page. Use **Select all {n} records** in the bar above the table to reach everything your filters match.
  </Accordion>
