# Partner Pipelines

> One contact pipeline at a time in Leaf360 Mortgage CRM: sub-pipelines, focus bars, a board view, and the Customize Pipeline screen that sets them up.

Partner Pipelines is your working view over a single contact pipeline. Where [Contacts](/mortgage-crm/contacts) is the flat list of every business contact you hold, Partner Pipelines takes one pipeline — your agents, say, or your title partners — and gives it its own stages, its own board, and its own saved filters.

This screen has no fixed row of its own in the sidebar. You get to it by clicking a pipeline under **Pipelines**, and that click is what tells Partner Pipelines which pipeline to show. If you land here without picking one first, you'll see **No pipeline selected**, telling you to pick a pipeline from the sidebar.

You create new pipelines from [Contacts](/mortgage-crm/contacts), using the branch icon labeled **Add Partner Pipeline**.

## Who is in a pipeline

A contact belongs to a pipeline when its contact type matches one of the types the pipeline was set up for, or when someone has put it into that pipeline directly. Both count — a contact assigned by hand still shows up even if its type doesn't match.

## The title is the switcher

The heading names the pipeline, followed by either **All** or the sub-pipeline you're in. Click it to open a menu with:

* **All**, labeled **All contacts in this pipeline**, with a counter showing the pipeline's contact count.
* One entry per sub-pipeline, each with a counter showing how many stages it holds.
* **Customize Pipeline**, which opens the editing screen.

Switching sub-pipelines clears your search, column filters, and sort, and takes you back to the first page.

Next to the title are the contact count, an **active** count of contacts in an active or top partner stage, and a **volume** figure — the last two show only when there's something above zero to display. Just like on Contacts, active and volume are based only on the rows currently loaded, not the whole pipeline. The contact count, though, is the real total.

**Refresh** and **Add Contact** finish the header row.

## Focus bars

Once you're inside a sub-pipeline, a row of focus bars appears above the table. Each one is a saved filter for that sub-pipeline, with a name and a count, and clicking it narrows the table down to the contacts it matches. A **Customize** button sits at the end of the row.

The **All** view has no focus bars. To go back to everything in the pipeline, use **All** in the title menu.

## List View and Kanban

A toggle under the header switches between **List View** and **Kanban**.

**List View** is the same table you get on [Contacts](/mortgage-crm/contacts) — the same search box, date filter, column filters, saved filters, team filter, **Find Duplicates**, column picker, and bulk action bar. Saved filters here are kept per pipeline, so each pipeline has its own set.

**Kanban** lays the same contacts out as one column per stage, each with its own count, and loads more as you scroll. Drag a card to another column to move that contact to a new stage — Leaf360 saves it right away and confirms with **Contact stage updated**. An empty column says **No contacts in this stage** and offers an **Add Contact** button.

## Bulk actions

Select rows in **List View** and the same bar you'd see on Contacts appears: **Move to Stage**, **Assign To**, **Change Type**, **Bulk Email**, **Export**, **Power Dial**, **Add to Campaign**, tags, partner source, **Merge** (once you've selected two or more), **Archive**, and **Delete**. Archive and delete both ask you to type a confirmation first.

## Customize Pipeline

**Customize Pipeline** in the title menu, or **Customize** at the end of the focus bar row, opens the **Customize Pipeline** screen, for editing pipeline structure, stages, and focus bars.

This screen covers:

* The pipeline's **Name**, **Description**, **Icon**, and **Color**.
* Its **Contact Types** — at least one is required, and you'll be told so if you have none.
* **Stages (Sub-Pipelines)**, with **Add Stage** to create one. Until you've added any, it says **No stages yet. Add stages to organize your pipeline.**
* The focus bars inside each sub-pipeline, and the filter conditions behind each one.

Two resets are available. Resetting a single sub-pipeline replaces its focus bars and conditions with the current defaults and leaves the other sub-pipelines alone. Resetting the whole pipeline replaces its stages, contact types, focus bars, and conditions. Both ask you to confirm first. Deleting a focus bar warns you that its filter conditions go with it.

Changes take effect once you save.

## How this compares to Contacts and All People

| Screen | Holds | Reach it from |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------ |
| **Partner Pipelines** | One contact pipeline, split by its sub-pipelines and focus bars, as a list or a board | The pipeline's own row under **Pipelines** |
| **Contacts** | Every business contact in one flat list | **Partners** under **Pipelines** |
| **All People** | Lead records, a separate set of data | **People** under **Pipelines** |

Partner Pipelines and [Contacts](/mortgage-crm/contacts) work off the same records through the same table, so an edit you make in one shows up in the other. The difference is scope: Contacts counts every business contact you hold, while this screen counts only the members of the pipeline you opened — so a smaller total here is expected, not a sign that records are missing.

[All People](/mortgage-crm/all-people) is a separate set of data. Nothing you do on either contacts screen changes it.

  <Accordion title="I can't see any focus bars">
