# Inbox

> Email, calls, texts and partner messages in one list in Leaf360 Mortgage CRM, with your upcoming meetings beside them.

Inbox puts every conversation in one place: email from your connected mailbox, calls, texts, and messages with agents, title, insurance, and other partners. Click any item to open it in full next to the list, and reply right from there.

Open it from **Inbox** under **Work** in the sidebar. The row shows a dot when something's waiting for you.

## The layout

Three columns: the list on the left, whichever conversation you've opened in the middle, and your upcoming meetings on the right whenever nothing's open.

At the top of the list is **Inbox** itself. If your mailbox is connected, you'll see that email address shown next to it. There's a refresh button, and a search box that searches across the whole list.

## Filtering the list

Five tabs run across the top:

| ------------- | ---------------------------------- |
| **All**       | Everything, with your unread count |
| Envelope      | Email only                         |
| Phone         | Calls only                         |
| Speech bubble | Texts only                         |
| Handshake     | Conversations with partners        |

Each of the four icon tabs has its own count next to it.

On the first four tabs, there's also an **Unread** toggle you can switch on and off.

The list loads more as you scroll. Once you've reached the end, it says **You're all caught up.**

## Reading and replying

    Opens the call's details — direction, outcome, a recording or voicemail if there is one, and a spot to add your own notes.

  <Accordion title="Texts">
    Opens the full conversation with that number, with a box to reply. Replying to a group text sends to everyone in that group — though group texts are text-only for now, so you can't attach a photo or file to a group reply.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Email">
    Opens the email, with a button to call the sender right from there.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Partners">
    Lists your conversations with everyone who isn't a borrower — agents, title, appraisers, insurance, attorneys, vendors, and referral partners. Instead of the unread toggle, this tab has a **Compose** button to start a new message.

## Upcoming Meetings

When your mailbox is connected and you don't have a conversation open, the right side shows your **Upcoming Meetings**, pulled from your connected calendar. Each one shows the day, the time, the location, who's attending, who set it up, and a description — and a **Join Meeting** button if there's a link.

If nothing's coming up, it'll tell you your calendar is clear for the next 30 days.

## Common questions

  <Accordion title="No emails are loading, and I'm asked to reconnect Gmail">
    This happens when Gmail hasn't granted the permissions Leaf360 needs to read your mail. Reconnect your account and the list will fill back in.

  <Accordion title="My Upcoming Meetings column disappeared">
    It only shows up when your mailbox is connected and nothing's open. Opening any conversation replaces it — that's expected.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Emails show up slower than calls and texts">
    Each source loads in as it comes in, so calls and texts tend to show up first, with email following. Nothing's stuck — it's just catching up.

  <Accordion title="I see a keyboard shortcut hint next to Inbox">
    Only a handful of shortcuts are actually active: `⌘K`, `⌘D`, `⌘S`, `⌘L`, and `⌘,`. See [Navigating Leaf360](/get-started/navigating-leaf360).
