# Integration settings

> Connect your own Zoom account so Leaf360 can pull in your meetings, recordings, and transcripts, plus the other connectors your company can turn on from this same screen.

Integrations, under Settings, is where you connect other tools to Leaf360: video meetings, calendar scheduling, your loan origination system, and a handful of marketing and lead tools your company may use. Each one shows up as a card — click it to set it up.

Open it from **Settings**, then **Integrations**. Anyone can open this screen — it isn't limited to admins.

## Zoom

Click the Zoom card to connect your own Zoom account — not a company-wide one. Everyone on your team connects their own account separately; there's no single Zoom connection the whole company shares.

Click **Connect Zoom** and you'll go through Zoom's own sign-in and permission screen. Once you're connected, the panel shows the account you connected, its email address, and when Leaf360 last synced with it. From then on, Leaf360 automatically pulls in that account's meeting invites, attendees, meeting updates, recordings, and transcripts.

From the same panel you can also:

* Create and edit Zoom meetings and webinars without leaving Leaf360
* Pull in the list of people registered for a webinar, and add those registrants to your contacts
* Reconnect if your connection expires, or disconnect it entirely

<Note>
  If your Zoom connection stops working, the panel flags it and shows a **Reconnect Zoom** button. Meeting and recording syncing pauses until you reconnect.
</Note>

Click **Disconnect** to remove your own connection. It won't affect anyone else on your team, since each person's connection is separate.

## The other connectors on this screen

This same screen also has cards for your calendar scheduling tool, your loan origination system, and a few marketing and lead-source tools your company may use. Each one opens its own setup panel and asks for whatever login or permissions that tool needs. What a connector actually does once it's set up depends on the tool itself — check with whoever set it up at your company, or your Leaf360 contact, before assuming what one you haven't used does.
