Leaf360 does not have a separate ticket form to fill in. A request is a message you send to Info@leaf360.io, and the speed of the reply usually comes down to how much of the picture you give in that first message. This page lists what to include.
Say which workspace you were in
Leaf360 is three workspaces, and the same word can mean different screens in each one. Start by naming the one you were using:
- Wholesale CRM, if you were working with a broker partner or the wholesale pipeline
- Leaf360 Mortgage CRM, if you were working a lead, a loan, a partner or your own pipeline
- Recruiting, if you were working with a candidate, a new hire, or your own team’s licensing
Say exactly where you were
Name the screen by the label it shows in the sidebar, for example Sales Pipeline, Manage Team or Workflows, and, if it applies, which record you had open, such as a specific loan or a specific partner. If a change you made is missing, note roughly when you made it.
Say what you expected, and what happened instead
The single most useful sentence in any request is the gap between these two things. For example: “I expected the invitation email to send immediately, but the invitee never received it,” rather than just “invitations are broken.”
If there was an error message on screen, copy its exact wording rather than paraphrasing it.
Say who else is affected
Tell support whether the problem happens only to you, to everyone in your role, or to your whole company. If a colleague can reproduce it and you can’t, or the other way round, that difference is useful on its own.
Never include in a request
Do not put full loan numbers, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or account credentials in a request. Describe the record by name or reference number instead, and support can look up the sensitive detail on their side once your identity is confirmed.
A complete example
Workspace: Leaf360 Mortgage CRM. Screen: Manage Team, Invite Team Member. I invited a new processor this morning as part of a batch of four. She is not showing up on the roster as Invited, and says no invitation email ever arrived. The other three invitations in the same batch went through fine. I have not tried resending yet.
