The words on the screen
The companies you sign are licensed mortgage companies. Some are brokers, some are correspondent lenders. Together they’re your TPO channel. Here’s how the rest of the names line up.
Every screen in this workspace says broker. Read that as any licensed mortgage company you’ve signed, broker or correspondent.
What it does
This is more than a CRM. Five jobs live in the one workspace.- Signing new companies. A licensed mortgage company applies, you ask your own questions, then you approve or decline. There’s no separate approval service to pay for.
- Compliance. Licenses, insurance and signed docs sit on each company’s record, so you can see what’s current and what’s due for a recert.
- A door for the companies you sign. They sign in to a portal that carries your name and branding, not ours. See Broker portal.
- Production. Connect your LOS and their submissions and volume land here, next to the relationship.
- Scenario answers. Ask Lia answers guideline questions out of your own guides, so your AEs stop fielding the same call all day.
What’s in the sidebar
- Ask Lia sits at the very top and opens Lia, the AI assistant built into Leaf360.
- Dashboard shows your numbers for the period, tasks next to broker performance, document compliance next to recent applications, and a volume chart underneath.
- Pipeline splits into a Leads Pipeline and an Applicants Pipeline, the two stages a company moves through before it’s active.
- Active Brokers holds the records: All Brokers, plus Branches, Loan Officers and Support Staff for the people at those companies.
- Broker Flow is where applications sit as Pending, Approved or Declined, alongside Broker Form Questions and Milestone Emails.
- Leaf360 TPO sits on its own below Broker Flow.
- Document Vault and Compliance Docs hold your files.
- Inbox, Tasks and End of Day Report cover the daily work.
- Marketing Suite covers Brand Wiki and Email Campaigns.
- Team Analytics, with Overview, Leaderboard, Activity Timeline and Conversions, is visible only to certain roles, such as admins, sales managers and team leads. If you don’t see it, that’s why.
Wholesale CRM is one of three Leaf360 workspaces. Your company may not subscribe to all three, and you may not be assigned to every one it does. See Switching workspaces if a workspace you expect is missing.
How it relates to the other workspaces
Leaf360 Mortgage CRM is where loan officers work borrowers and loans directly. Recruiting handles your own company’s staff, from first contact through hiring, onboarding and licensing. This workspace holds the companies who send you business, and the people who work at them. A broker never shows up in Recruiting, even though Recruiting has its own Active Team list. That list is your own staff. The companies you sign live here, under Active Brokers.Detailed guides for Wholesale CRM are in progress. This page will be replaced by a full set of screen by screen guides, in the same style as the Leaf360 Mortgage CRM section.
