Six portals sit outside the three workspaces, each one for people who don’t work at your company. If someone tells you they can’t get into “the portal”, this table tells you which one they mean and who sends the invite.

Telling the two recruiting ones apart

These two get mixed up, because both involve someone joining your company.
  • Recruit portal is a real account. They set a password, verify their email, and fill out a full application.
  • Applicant portal is just a link. No account, no password. It shows where an application stands, or asks for one specific document.
If they had to create a password, they’re in the recruit portal.

They carry your branding, not ours

The broker, partner and recruit portals each carry your company’s own name and branding rather than Leaf360’s. Whoever signs in sees your logo, which is why a partner or a candidate calling about “your portal” may not know Leaf360 exists at all. Worth knowing when someone calls you confused about a login. Two of these are known to expire:
  • A broker portal invitation. The screen says so and tells the applicant to ask the lender for a new one.
  • An applicant portal document request link, which is only good for a limited time. The recruiter can send a fresh one.
If a link isn’t working and it isn’t one of those two, the page for that portal says where to resend from.
