Switching
1
Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar
The row shows a logo, the current workspace name, a short description, and an arrow. Click it to open a menu headed Switch workspace.
2
Pick a workspace from the list
The menu lists the workspaces assigned to your account, each with its description and an Active label. A checkmark marks the one you’re in now.
3
Wait for the confirmation
A short message confirms Switched to the workspace you picked, and Leaf360 takes you to that workspace’s home screen.
What changes when you switch
- You move to a different part of Leaf360. Wholesale CRM, Leaf360 Mortgage CRM, and Recruiting are each their own separate area, with their own screens and tools.
- The whole sidebar changes. Each workspace has its own menu, so your pinned items, pipelines, and tools don’t carry over.
- Settings are per workspace. Opening Settings takes you to that workspace’s settings, not the one you left.
- Leaf360 remembers your choice. The workspace you switch to becomes your default, so it’s where you land the next time you sign in.
When you collapse the sidebar to icons, the switcher shrinks to just the logo and you can’t switch from it. Hovering over it shows Expand sidebar to switch workspace — so expand the sidebar first.
The rest of the menu
Below the workspace list, the menu holds two more rows:- Manage Organization — labeled Configure workspaces and permissions. It opens the organization settings for the workspace you’re currently in.
- Request New Workspace — labeled Contact your admin. This one’s greyed out and can’t be clicked. It’s just a pointer, not a button: send your request to your administrator instead.
Why a workspace is missing
The list only shows workspaces assigned to your account, narrowed further by what your company pays for. A workspace can be missing for a few reasons.Your administrator has not assigned it to you
Your administrator has not assigned it to you
The most common reason. Assignment is done per user. Ask your administrator to add the workspace to your account, then sign out and back in.
Your company does not subscribe to it
Your company does not subscribe to it
You only get access to the workspaces your company’s subscription covers. If nobody at your company has it, reassigning you won’t make it appear.
You typed the address directly and got redirected
You typed the address directly and got redirected
If you type in the address of a workspace you’re not allowed into, Leaf360 redirects you to one you can access instead. If there’s no workspace it can send you to, you’ll see the No Workspaces Available screen. See Signing in.
You only ever see one workspace
You only ever see one workspace
That’s normal for most people. Many users only have one workspace, and the switcher still shows up so you can see which one you’re in.
Common problems
The switch failed with an error
The switch failed with an error
Leaf360 shows a message and keeps you where you are, rather than moving you halfway. If it’s a network error, try again. If it’s a refusal, check with your administrator that the workspace is still assigned to you.
A workspace was added but still is not showing

Your session is still holding the old list. Sign out, sign back in, and check again.
The switcher shows my company name instead of a workspace name
The switcher shows my company name instead of a workspace name
You’re in Leaf360 Mortgage CRM, which is branded with your company’s own name and logo. Look for Powered by Leaf360 underneath the name.
