Zoom connects your own Zoom account to Leaf360, so meetings and webinars you schedule, and the people who show up for them, stay attached to the right records without you copying anything over by hand.

Where it is, and whose connection it is

Open Settings, then Integrations, and click the Zoom card. See Integration settings for how the shelf itself works and for the basics of connecting.
Zoom is a personal connection. Each person on your team connects their own Zoom account, and disconnecting yours has no effect on anyone else’s.
Once connected, the panel’s Overview tab shows your status, the Zoom account connected, and when it last synced, along with a line confirming what stays in step automatically: meetings, attendees, status changes, recordings and transcripts. If your connection stops working, the same status area flags it and the connect button changes to read Reconnect Zoom until you go through Zoom’s sign in again.

Creating and managing meetings

The Upcoming tab lists your scheduled meetings, each with buttons to Join, Edit or Delete. Create Meeting takes a topic, a date and time, a duration, a timezone and an agenda. For invitees, search your Leaf360 contacts by name or email and click one to add them, or type outside email addresses directly. Submitting creates the meeting in Zoom and reports back how many invitees were sent an invite. The Manage tab is the same meeting list with editing front and centre, useful once you have more than a couple of meetings on the books.

Webinars

The Webinars tab works the same way, a create form plus a list, but only if the Zoom account you connected has a Webinar plan. Without one, Leaf360 says so plainly and keeps the webinar controls turned off rather than letting you hit an error partway through. Each webinar in the list carries Registrants, which loads everyone who signed up, and Sync attendees, which pulls in who actually joined once the session has run. A selector above the webinar list decides where those people land in Leaf360: Business Contacts, the default, or Consumers / Leads. Switch it before viewing registrants or syncing attendees for a given webinar, since it applies to whichever webinar you are looking at.

Recordings and transcripts

Recordings and their transcripts are not managed from the Zoom card itself. Once cloud recording is turned on for your Zoom account, Leaf360 picks them up automatically and they appear alongside your bot recorded meetings on Meeting notes.

Common problems

The Zoom account you connected does not have a Webinar plan enabled. Ask whoever manages your Zoom account to add one, then reconnect if the button suggests it.
Your existing connection stopped working, often because Zoom asked for renewed permission. Click it and go through Zoom’s sign in again.
Check the sync target selector above the webinar list before you load registrants or sync attendees. It is set per webinar, not once for the whole account.
Zoom is a personal connection. You only see meetings on the Zoom account you connected yourself.
