Calendly connects your own Calendly account to Leaf360, so a booking made through your scheduling page can turn straight into a lead, or attach itself to a contact you already have.

Where it is, and whose connection it is

Open Settings, then Integrations, and click the Calendly card, described there as scheduling, event types and automatic lead creation. See Integration settings for how the shelf itself works.
Calendly is a personal connection, the same as Zoom. Each person connects their own Calendly account, and disconnecting yours has no effect on anyone else’s.
Connect Calendly sends you through Calendly’s own sign in and permission screen. If you would rather not do that, Leaf360 also accepts a personal access token pasted in directly.

What syncs once you are connected

The Settings tab holds a set of switches that decide what a booking actually does: Changes on this tab are held until you click Save Settings.

Your event types and recent bookings

The Events tab lists your Calendly event types with their name, length and whether each is active, and below that, your recent bookings. Each booking shows who booked, when, and a badge reading In CRM if that person already matches a Leaf360 record, or New if they do not, alongside whether the booking is still scheduled or was canceled.

Real time updates

The Webhook tab has its own switch, Enable Webhook, which asks Calendly to notify Leaf360 the moment someone books or cancels rather than waiting for the next sync. Turning it on shows a web address to paste into your Calendly account’s own webhook settings.

Disconnecting

Disconnect, on the main panel, asks you to confirm before it removes your Calendly connection. Like connecting, it only affects your own account.

Common problems

Check that both Sync Scheduled Events and Auto-create Leads are switched on, on the Settings tab, and that Save Settings was clicked after turning them on.
Check Default Lead Source on the Settings tab. Every booking that creates a lead is tagged with whichever source is selected there.
Turn on Enable Webhook on the Webhook tab, and make sure the web address shown there has been added in your Calendly account’s own webhook settings.
Calendly is a personal connection. Each person needs to connect their own account for their bookings to sync.
