Meeting Notes gathers your recorded meetings in one place and reads them for you, a summary, the key points, action items and a full transcript, whether the recording came from Zoom or from Leaf360’s own notetaker joining the call.

Where it is

Open Settings, then Integrations, and click the Meeting Notes card, described there as AI powered meeting transcription and note management. Unlike Zoom and Calendly, there is no account to sign into here. It works from recordings you already have, or from sending a notetaker into a meeting yourself.

Two ways a recording gets in

Sync, the refresh button at the top of the panel, pulls in any new cloud recordings from your connected Zoom account. Those recordings only appear here if cloud recording is turned on in Zoom itself. Join Meeting sends Leaf360’s own notetaker into a call directly. Paste the meeting’s web address, give the notetaker a display name if you want something other than the default, and it joins as a participant, stays for the call, and leaves a recording and transcript behind once it ends. This works for meetings that were never on Zoom’s own cloud recording at all.
Join Meeting only appears if the notetaker feature is turned on for your account. If you do not see it, use Sync to work with Zoom cloud recordings instead.

Finding a recording

Recordings are listed on the left, searchable by keyword, and filtered by tab: All, Zoom for cloud recordings, Bot for ones the notetaker joined, and AI for recordings that have already been processed. Each entry shows the meeting’s title, date and length, and once processed, a short preview of its summary.

What you get once a recording is processed

Selecting a recording opens it on the right. A recording that has not been processed yet shows a button to generate its summary, key points and action items; once that finishes, or immediately for recordings processed automatically, you see:
  • An AI Summary of the meeting
  • Action Items, each with whoever it was assigned to, a due date where one was set, and whether it has been marked complete
  • The full transcript, broken out by speaker
A recording brought in by the notetaker also shows its status: whether it is still in the meeting, has left, or finished processing.

Common problems

The notetaker feature is not turned on for your account. Use Sync to pull in Zoom cloud recordings instead.
Cloud recording has to be turned on in the Zoom account that hosted it before Leaf360 can pick it up. Once it is on, click Sync.
It has not been processed yet. Open it and use the button to generate its summary, key points and action items.
