The sidebar
The sidebar has four stacked parts.1
The workspace switcher
At the very top. It shows which workspace you’re in and lets you move between workspaces. See Switching workspaces.
2
Three fixed tiles and the Ask LIA home row
Scenarios, Credit, and Live sit in a row of three. Scenarios opens LIA’s lender guide. Credit opens the credit dashboard — it’s greyed out with a tooltip reading Credit isn’t enabled for your company yet if your company hasn’t turned it on. Live isn’t available yet. Below them, the Ask LIA row carries a small HOME tag and opens the LIA Assistant.
3
Your menu
The main list of screens — the part you can rearrange, covered below.
4
Your account
At the very bottom, showing your avatar, name, and email address. Click it to open a menu with Account Settings, Notifications (with an unread counter), Current Workspace, Organization Role, and Log out.
What is in the menu
The menu comes with these groups:- Work: Dashboard, Inbox and Tasks.
- Pipelines: People, Sales, Loans, Archive, and Partners. Sales and Loans expand into the stages your company set up, so your list won’t match a colleague’s at a different company.
- Tools: Marketing, which opens Automations, Rates, Emails, SMS, Websites and Brand Wiki, plus Campaigns.
- Referral Partners: Partners Overview and Partner Performance.
Pinning and reordering
The menu splits into pinned rows, which show up front, and everything else, tucked behind a More row at the bottom of the list.1
Expand More to see the rest
Click More. The unpinned screens appear underneath it.
2
Pin what you use
Hover over a row and click its pin icon to move it up into the visible menu. Hovering over a pinned row gives you the same icon to unpin it, labeled Unpin from menu.
3
Drag pinned rows into the order you want
You can drag pinned rows to reorder them. The order you set is saved to your account, on top of whatever default your company set up — so your sidebar won’t match a colleague’s.
Collapse the sidebar to icons with the control at the far left of the header. When collapsed, the menu shows icons with tooltips, and the More section and pin icons aren’t available.
Search
The header has a Search… button with a⌘K hint next to it. Click it, or press ⌘K anywhere, to open the search box. Its prompt reads Search leads, loans, contacts, or type a command….
Start typing and Leaf360 searches your records, grouping results by type: loans, leads, co-borrowers, business contacts, team members, and realtors. Click a result to open that record. Type fewer than two characters and you’ll see a list of commands instead of results.
Keyboard shortcuts
These work when the search box is closed.
On Windows and Linux use
Ctrl in place of ⌘.
The header also has a keyboard icon that turns shortcut hints next to sidebar rows on or off. Its tooltip reads Show keyboard shortcuts or Hide keyboard shortcuts, depending on the current state, and your choice is remembered in your browser.
The rest of the header
Left to right after the search box, the header holds:- The keyboard shortcut hint toggle.
- The light and dark mode toggle.
- New lead or partner, which opens a form to add one.
- Import Data (CSV).
- Import or Create Loans, which opens the loan window in manual mode, with a tab to switch to import instead.
- Quick call and quick text buttons.
- The notification bell.
Notifications
The bell in the top right shows your unread count. Click it to open a panel headed Notifications, with a Mark all read button that only appears when something’s unread. The panel splits into tabs: Calls, Texts, CRM, and Inbox. Each tab has its own unread count. At the bottom of the panel, a link takes you to the full list — it reads View all notifications on the CRM tab and View all in Inbox on the others. Your account menu at the bottom of the sidebar also has a Notifications row with the same unread counter, which opens the full notifications screen.Light and dark mode
The toggle in the header flips straight between light and dark: it shows a sun in light mode and a moon in dark mode. One click switches it, and Leaf360 remembers your choice. For more control, open Settings and choose Appearance. It gives you three options instead of two:- Light — light mode with bright backgrounds.
- Dark — dark mode with dark backgrounds.
- System — follows your computer’s own setting, so it switches automatically along with your machine’s light and dark schedule.
Common problems
Credit is greyed out
Credit is greyed out
Your company hasn’t turned it on. The tooltip says so — ask your administrator.
Live does nothing
Live does nothing
Live isn’t available yet. It shows as unavailable for everyone, not just you.
⌘K does nothing
⌘K does nothing
The shortcut only works inside the workspace, not on the sign-in page or the portals. Click into the page first, then try again — or just use the Search… button in the header.
