Leaf360 is an AI operating system for mortgage — software your mortgage company subscribes to. It gives your team one place to work leads, loans, broker relationships, referral partners, and your own staff. Read this page for the quick rundown of what Leaf360 covers before you start clicking around. Leaf360 comes as three workspaces, plus a set of portals for people outside your company. Which workspaces you see depends on what your company bought and what your administrator gave you access to.
Leaf360 is not a lender. It doesn’t originate loans, underwrite, or make credit decisions — your company does that work. Leaf360 is just the system your company uses to run it.

Who Leaf360 is for

Leaf360 is sold to mortgage companies, not to consumers. Inside a company, the people who sign in are usually:
  • Loan officers working their own leads, loans and referral partners.
  • Processors and support staff moving files through the pipeline.
  • Branch managers and administrators who set up pipelines, seats, permissions and compliance rules.
  • Recruiting and operations staff hiring and onboarding new team members.
Borrowers, brokers, lenders, referral partners, applicants and recruits don’t get a workspace seat. They get a portal instead.

The three workspaces

Switch between the workspaces you have access to using the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar. See The three workspaces for what each one contains and how to tell which one you’re looking at.

Meet LIA

LIA is the AI assistant built into Leaf360. In Leaf360 Mortgage CRM, LIA always sits at the top of the sidebar under Ask LIA, marked with a small HOME label, and it opens a screen titled LIA Assistant. Wholesale CRM has its own Ask LIA entry in the sidebar. The LIA Assistant chat shows a row of modes across the top. In Leaf360 Mortgage CRM, those modes are:
  • General, the default. Ask LIA about your CRM, your leads and your loans.
  • Lenders, which searches the profiles and guideline documents of the wholesale lenders your company has connected. This same search also powers the Scenarios tile at the top of the sidebar.
  • Income, for calculating qualifying income from a document you upload.
  • Underwriter, for reviewing loan files and guidelines.
  • Appraisal, for reviewing appraisals and comparables.
  • Conditions, for tracking underwriting conditions.
Modes that take an upload are only as good as what you give them. Treat LIA’s answer as a working draft for a licensed person to check — never as the final decision. Always call the assistant LIA. It’s a named part of the product, not a generic chatbot bolted on the side.

What Leaf360 is not

Leaf360 doesn’t lend money, doesn’t underwrite, and doesn’t issue approvals or denials. Every lending decision recorded in Leaf360 was made by your company or by a lender your company works with.
Leaf360 connects to loan origination systems and other tools through its integrations, rather than replacing them. Which ones your company uses is set by your administrator.
Each workspace has its own navigation, its own screens, and its own settings. Learning one doesn’t automatically teach you the others.
