Editing your profile
1
Open Settings
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Account Settings, or press
⌘,.2
Choose Profile
It’s the first entry under Personal in the settings list. The screen is headed Profile Information.
3
Edit the fields you need
The fields are grouped below, with what each one means.
4
Select Save Changes
Save Changes stays greyed out until you actually change something. Reset Changes, next to it, throws away your edits and puts the fields back the way they were saved.
What you can edit
What you cannot edit here
The screen also shows an Account Status block. These fields are read-only — they tell you the state of your account, but you can’t change them here:- Email Verified, showing Verified or Pending.
- Two-Factor Auth, showing Enabled or Disabled.
- Account Status.
- Company.
Changing your avatar
1
Select Change Photo
Click Change Photo, next to your current photo. Hovering over the photo itself shows a camera icon that does the same thing.
2
Pick an image file
Only image files are accepted, and the file has to be under 5MB. Anything else gets rejected with a message.
3
Wait for the upload
The button reads Uploading… while it works, then confirms your profile picture was updated. Your new photo replaces your initials everywhere they used to show up.
Personal call and voicemail preferences
Your voicemail settings aren’t on the profile screen. They live in their own section called My Call Preferences, also under Personal. It’s headed My Call Preferences, where you choose your outbound caller ID and set how your assigned calls should ring. The section splits into tabs: Numbers, Ringing, Forwarding, Desk Phone, Voicemail, and Blocked. Three summary cards at the top show your current Outbound caller ID, whether Browser ringing is on, and your Forwarding target.1
Open the Voicemail tab
The card is headed Voicemail.
2
Set Send to Voicemail
This toggle lets callers leave a voicemail if you don’t answer. Turn it off and unanswered calls won’t reach voicemail.
3
Check the Current Call Flow card
Below the tabs, Current Call Flow spells out in plain sentences what actually happens to an incoming call — for example, Unanswered calls go to voicemail or Voicemail is disabled. Read it before you leave the screen.
4
Select Save Preferences
The button sits at the top right of the section. Nothing saves until you click it.
- Numbers, where Primary Outbound Phone sets the number your outbound calls show as caller ID.
- Ringing, where Ring Browser First decides whether calls ring in your browser while you’re online. It needs microphone access and an active session.
- Forwarding, with Forward When Offline, Always Also Ring My Phone, and a Forwarding Number. Leave the number blank and Leaf360 uses the phone number from your profile — one more reason to keep your profile up to date.
Your voicemail greeting itself isn’t set here. Greetings live under the Phone System settings section, on its own Voicemail tab, where you can type a greeting to have it read aloud or record one in your own voice. Check with your administrator before changing anything there — that section controls your company’s phone setup, not just yours.
Common problems
Save Changes is greyed out
Save Changes is greyed out
It only lights up once a field actually differs from what’s saved. If you think you changed something, make sure the edit actually stuck rather than being typed into a read-only field.
My photo will not upload
My photo will not upload
Two rules apply: the file must be an image, and it must be under 5MB. Phone camera photos often go over 5MB, so resize it and try again.
My old photo is still showing
My old photo is still showing
Reload the page. Leaf360 picks up the new photo right after the upload, but a tab you already had open may keep showing the old one until you refresh it.
Callers reach the wrong number when I do not answer
Callers reach the wrong number when I do not answer
Check My Call Preferences, then Forwarding. If Forwarding Number is blank, Leaf360 falls back to the Phone Number on your profile. Fix whichever one is out of date.
I cannot change my email address or my role

Neither one is editable from your profile. Your administrator manages both.
