Leaf360 Mortgage CRM comes in four plans: Free, Core, Pro and Enterprise. You’ll pick one when you sign up, and you can move up later without losing anything. This page tells you what each plan includes, so that way you don’t pay for a seat you don’t need yet. Prices are on leaf360.com/pricing. Annual billing is 5% off the monthly price, and you get the same plan either way.
These plans are for the Mortgage CRM. If you’re a loan officer, mortgage broker or correspondent lender who works with a wholesale lender to fund or close your loans, that’s you. Leaf360 TPO is the marketplace inside the CRM where you find and stay approved with those lenders, and it’s on every plan. If you’re a wholesale lender, a lender that funds loans through TPO companies such as mortgage brokers, correspondent lenders and mortgage lenders, you’re on the Wholesale CRM side instead. See The three workspaces if you’re not sure which one you’re in.

The four plans

For a limited time, the Leaf360 MCP server is included on every plan, Free included. It connects Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that speaks MCP to your Leaf360 workspace. The things people use it for most:
  • Clean up an old CRM export and import it into Leaf360
  • Set up Leaf360 for yourself, your team or your company
  • Build automations, if you’re on Core or Pro
  • Design email templates in Claude or GPT and drop them straight into Leaf360
See Use Lia from Claude or ChatGPT for what it is and how you get connected.

Email: your inbox versus marketing

There are two kinds of email in Leaf360, and they’re billed differently. Email from your own inbox is unlimited on every plan, Free included. Go ahead and connect your Google or Outlook account under Settings. From then on, every one-to-one email you send from Leaf360 goes out from your own domain, with no monthly cap. Marketing and automation email is the bulk stuff: a campaign to a whole pipeline, or the emails a workflow sends on its own. Those go through the Email Marketing add-on or the Multi-Channel add-on, and both add-ons are on Pro. Free and Core don’t include them, so that way pricing stays simple: if you want to send campaigns, you’re on Pro. For example, let’s say you’re on Free and you email a client about their conditions from your connected Gmail. That’s inbox email, and it’s unlimited. Now let’s say you want to send a rate update to 400 past clients. That’s a campaign, and it needs Pro with the Email Marketing add-on.

Calling and texting

The phone system is part of Pro. Free and Core don’t include it. Pro comes with one line with unlimited calls and texts, and you can add more lines to Pro as an add-on. For example, a team of three on Pro that wants a number for each LO would add two lines. SMS blasts, bulk texts to a list, are a separate add-on on Pro, billed by how many segments you send. Everything that comes with the phone system, call recording, transcripts, business hours, voicemail and number porting, is covered on Phone system. Leaf360 also handles the compliance side for you on Pro: calling hours, Don’t Call scrubbing, text opt-in and opt-out, and the recording disclosure. That’s covered on Compliance Settings.

Ask Lia credits

Every Ask Lia request uses credits, and how many depends on the job. Everyday questions use far fewer credits than research, document review or Deep Mode. Free includes about 100 credits a month, which covers regular use. Core, Pro and Enterprise are unlimited, so you don’t have to count.

Seats, and who pays for them

A seat is one person on a paid plan. Each member has their own plan, and Manage Team shows who’s on Free, Core or Pro. On Core and above, an admin can put a team member on a company paid seat, or leave them self paid, and switch between the two. If you sign in and see No Active Subscription Seat, that’s the screen to send your admin to. It’s covered on Signing in. When someone leaves, deactivate them from Manage Team. Their leads and loans stay in place, and the seat frees up at the end of the billing period.

Where you change your plan

Company owners and admins manage the subscription from the Billing tab in Organization Settings. Manage Subscription opens the billing portal for payment details and invoices, and Add Seats buys more seats for a product. Leaf360 is software sold to mortgage companies. It is not a lender.
