Credit Dashboard is where you keep an eye on a borrower’s credit over time. Its subtitle says what it’s for: Monitor credit scores, invite clients, and simulate scenarios. Open it from the Credit tile above the sidebar menu. The browser tab reads Credit Dashboard.
Everything on this screen is a borrower’s credit data on a regulated financial file. Treat it the same way you’d treat a paper credit report. Only pull, view, and share it for a permissible purpose, and follow your company’s own credit policy before you invite anyone.

Whether you have it at all

Credit Dashboard is switched on per company, and Leaf360 is rolling it out gradually rather than all at once.
  • Where your company has it, the Credit tile in the sidebar is a live link and its tooltip reads Stop paying retail for soft-pull credit reports.
  • Where your company doesn’t, the tile is grayed out, doesn’t respond to a click, and its tooltip reads Credit isn’t enabled for your company yet.
Trying to open the page directly doesn’t get around it. Without the feature, the page itself answers with Credit Dashboard isn’t enabled yet and tells you to contact your Leaf360 representative for access. The same switch also controls the Borrower Portal row in Settings, since the borrower portal is where clients land for credit.
There’s no individual permission on top of the company switch. Where your company has Credit Dashboard, anyone who can reach the workspace can open it and see the enrolled clients and their scores. Manage that through who you give workspace access to.

What the screen shows

Three buttons sit in the header: Below them are two tabs, Credit Monitoring and Score History.

Credit Monitoring

Four figures across the top: Below them is Credit Monitoring Clients, the table of everyone enrolled, with the total beside the heading. It has its own search box, Search by name…, and its own Rows selector. The columns are Client Name, Type, Credit Type, Status, Enrolled, Last Updated and Actions. Client Name, Credit Type, Enrolled and Last Updated are sortable; click a heading twice to reverse the order. Click a row, or the eye icon in Actions, to open that client on the Score History tab. The bottom of the table reads Showing X to Y of Z, or No results when there’s nothing to show. An empty table reads No enrolled clients yet., or No clients match your search. when a search is narrowing it.

Score History

Score History shows one client at a time. Until you pick one it reads Select a client from the Enrolled Clients tab to view their score history. With a client selected, the top of the tab names them and shows their credit type and the date they enrolled. A bureau selector on the right offers Experian, TransUnion and Equifax. Below that:
  • Bureau Scores, every bureau on the latest report side by side, with the date it was pulled. For a single-bureau client this is one figure; for a tri-merge, this is where the other two scores show up, because everything below is per bureau.
  • The current score against the 300 to 850 range.
  • Score History, the run of past scores for the selected bureau, newest first. Each entry shows the score, the date it was taken, its product code, and a small label showing the change from the entry before it. An empty run reads No score history available for this bureau yet.
Changing the bureau selector changes what the history below shows, not what the Bureau Scores card shows.

Enrolling a borrower

Order Credit opens a window titled Invite Borrower for Credit Monitoring, with the line Send an invitation to start monitoring a borrower’s credit score. It runs in three steps, shown as a strip at the top:
1

Monitoring Type

Pick what you’re ordering.
2

Borrower Details

Either search your existing records with Search by name, email or phone… and pick the person, or type a first name, last name, email and phone by hand.
3

Review

Read the order back, then send.
You can click back to an earlier step from the strip. When the invitation goes out, the window confirms with Invitation Sent! and lets you know the borrower will get an email with enrollment instructions. The borrower does the rest. Nothing appears under Score History until they complete enrollment on their end, which is what Pending Invites on the dashboard is counting.

Buying report credits

Buy Credits opens one of two windows, depending on whether your company already has a monthly plan running.
  • With no plan, it opens Buy Credit Reports. It shows your current balance as Single reports available, Tri-merge reports available and Reports used, then the Solo and Team monthly plans side by side, then a one-time bundle picker reading Choose a report bundle…. Bundles are volume priced, and the largest option points at custom pricing rather than a fixed price.
  • With a plan already active, it opens Add reports, which shows your balance and the bundle picker without the plans, and tells you when the plan next refreshes.
Checkout is handled by the payment provider and returns you to this screen. Leaf360 then verifies the purchase and confirms with the number of credits added to your balance. Where it can’t verify the purchase, it says so and asks you to contact support rather than quietly leaving your balance short.
Buying reports is a real charge on your company’s payment method, and a monthly plan is a recurring one. Read the bundle line, which spells out the number of reports and the one-time price, before you go through to checkout.

Who can spend a purchase

Every purchase is reserved for whoever bought it. Administrators can widen it afterward from Manage who can use purchased reports, a panel you can expand at the bottom of the same window. It lists each purchase with of reports left, who bought it and when, and a selector: Choosing Specific people asks how many reports each person may use, and won’t save if the caps add up to more than the purchase holds — it’ll tell you so in the message. A successful change confirms with Allocation updated. Non-administrators don’t see this panel at all. Where there’s nothing to manage yet, it reads No scoped purchases yet. New purchases are reserved for the buyer and will show up here.

Inviting a borrower to the portal

Borrower Portal opens Invite to Borrower Portal, which takes a first name, last name, email and phone. Once sent, the window offers the invitation link with a copy button, confirming with Invite link copied to clipboard, and a Done button to close it.

Common problems

Credit Dashboard isn’t enabled for your company. The tooltip says so. Contact your Leaf360 representative — there’s nothing you can switch on yourself.
They’re still a pending invite until they complete enrollment from the email. The Pending Invites figure on the dashboard counts them.
The history below is per bureau. Switch the bureau selector, and check the Bureau Scores card at the top, which shows every bureau on the latest report at once.
Reports are spent as they’re pulled, and every purchase starts reserved for whoever bought it. An administrator can open Buy Credits and expand Manage who can use purchased reports to see how each purchase is allocated.
Leaf360 verifies the purchase when you land back on this screen. If it tells you it couldn’t verify, contact support with the purchase details rather than buying again.
That’s the same feature. Where a company has Credit Dashboard, Sales Pipeline gains a Credit filter for leads whose credit position moved.
