The Leaf360 MCP server hands your workspace to Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that speaks MCP (Model Context Protocol), so that way you can ask an outside assistant to do CRM work instead of clicking through every screen yourself.

What people build with it

Four jobs come up most:
  • Clean up an old CRM export and import it into Leaf360. Hand Claude or ChatGPT a messy spreadsheet from your old system, have it fix the headers and formatting, then bring the result in through Import Data.
  • Set up Leaf360 for yourself, your team or your company. Go ahead and ask your assistant to help plan your stages, pipelines and settings before you touch a single screen. Why you should set up your stages before anything else is the order to follow either way.
  • Build automations, if you’re on Core or Pro. Describe the trigger and the actions you want, and work out the steps with your assistant before you build the workflow itself.
  • Design email templates in Claude or GPT and drop them straight into Leaf360. How to use Claude to write your CRM templates covers the variable list you hand your assistant so the copy it writes actually merges.

Which assistants work with it

Claude and ChatGPT both work with it, and so does any other assistant that speaks MCP. Gemini CLI, Google’s command-line agent, documents MCP support too, so it can connect the same way; that’s the command-line tool, not the consumer Gemini app. You’re not locked into one assistant to use it.

Connecting your assistant

There’s one server address for everyone, and there’s no key to paste:
Go ahead and paste that wherever your assistant asks for a server, then sign in with your own Leaf360 login when the sign-in page opens. That sign-in is what connects the assistant to your workspace, so that way it can only see and do what your login can see and do. Claude (web or desktop)

Open Settings, then Connectors. Click the plus, then Add custom connector, paste the address, click Add, then Connect, and sign in with your Leaf360 login. On a Team or Enterprise plan your owner adds it under Organization settings first, then each person clicks Connect.

ChatGPT

Turn on Developer mode under Settings, then Security and login (an admin turns it on first on a workspace plan). Then open the apps settings, press the plus, paste the address, and sign in with your Leaf360 login when it asks. Custom servers need Pro, Plus, Business, Enterprise or Education on the web.

Check it's the right workspace

Ask it something small and read-only first: “Confirm which workspace I’m connected to and list the tasks you can help me with. Don’t send messages or change any records.” If it names a different workspace, you signed in with a login that belongs to another one; disconnect and connect again with the right login.
Claude has been connected to Leaf360 this way. The other clients’ steps come from their own guides and haven’t all been tried with Leaf360 yet; if one won’t finish the sign-in, contact support and say which client it is.
