Email Campaigns is where you check on every bulk email your company has sent from Leaf360 — what happened to it, and what’s still waiting to go out. It’s a tracking screen only; you don’t write campaigns here. Open it from Campaigns under Tools in the sidebar. The browser tab reads Email Campaigns.
A campaign shows up here once you’ve sent it. You write bulk emails from the pipeline screens instead: select rows on Sales Pipeline, All People, Contacts or Loans and click Bulk Email. If nothing’s here yet, the screen tells you the same thing: Start sending bulk emails from your pipeline pages to see campaign analytics here.

Recipients who unsubscribed are skipped

This is the one thing worth knowing before you send anything. Before a bulk send goes out, Leaf360 checks every recipient against your company’s email opt-out list and skips anyone who’s unsubscribed. They don’t get the email, and they’re not counted as failures. The results screen tells you how many were skipped and why, and points you to the Compliance tab on each record if you want to see who. This skip check covers bulk sends and email steps inside workflows. It doesn’t cover a one-to-one email you type directly on a record.

Signing in

You need to be signed in to see this screen. If you’re not, it shows a placeholder headed Email Campaign Analytics with Sign in to view your email campaign analytics, and nothing loads.

The figures at the top

Four cards at the top, each with a progress bar under its percentage: Large numbers get shortened, so twelve thousand shows as 12.0K and a million and a half shows as 1.5M. Three more numbers sit below them: Total Campaigns, Bounced in red, and Avg. Recipients/Campaign. A Refresh button in the header reloads the table.

Scheduled Sends

Above the history is a card headed Scheduled Sends, with the note Manage bulk email campaigns waiting for scheduled delivery and a small counter showing how many are waiting. If nothing’s waiting, it reads No scheduled bulk email campaigns. Each waiting campaign shows its name, status, subject line, recipient count, and the date and time it will send, along with the time zone that time is in. That’s the time zone the person who scheduled it was in, so a campaign a colleague in another state scheduled sends on their clock, not yours. Two buttons act on each one, and both take effect right away:
  • Reschedule opens a small box where you pick a new date and time, with the campaign’s time zone shown underneath. The new time has to be at least two minutes in the future, or it won’t let you save it.
  • Cancel stops the send.

Campaign history

The focus bar

A row of buttons across the top — All, Sent, Partial, Sending and Failed — each showing a count. Click one to narrow the table down to just that status.
The count on All is the total across your whole filtered list. The counts on the other four only reflect what’s loaded on the current page, so if your company has several pages of history, those numbers will read low.

Searching and filtering

Search campaigns… filters what’s loaded. Next to it, a type filter offers All Types, Leads, People, Contacts and Loans, matching the pipeline the campaign was sent from. Columns lets you show or hide columns.

The table

Every column heading is a sort button.

What the statuses mean

Pagination

Rows lets you show 10, 20, 30, 50 or 100 per page, with Page X of Y and buttons to jump to the first, previous, next, or last page.

Opening a campaign

Click any row. The campaign opens in a window with three tabs.

Overview

Four numbers across the top: Sent, Delivered, Opened and Clicked. Opens and clicks show the unique count in large text with the total underneath — so if the same person opens a campaign four times, that still counts as one unique open. Three progress bars repeat the delivery, open, and click rates. A Campaign Details block lists who sent it, the type, the status, and the exact send time. Bounced, Spam Reports, and Failed only show up when they’re not zero. If a campaign failed, an Error Details panel explains why in plain language instead of showing a raw error, and tells you how many recipients were affected. It covers the usual causes in plain wording: recipients with unusable data, invalid email addresses, a problem at the delivery service, a network timeout, bounces, and spam filtering.

Content

The subject line, then an Email Preview showing the message exactly as it was sent. Plain-text campaigns show their links as clickable.

Recipients

One row per recipient: their name, email, status, an Opens count, a Clicks count, and a Last Activity time. A filter above the table narrows the list to All, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Bounced, or Failed. The status on a row can be any of Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Sent, Queued, Pending, Bounced, Dropped, Spam, Failed or Unsubscribed. Twenty recipients load at a time, with page arrows underneath when there are more.

Common problems

The campaign data needs you to be signed in. Sign in again and reopen the screen.
Recipients who’ve unsubscribed from email get skipped before the send. The results screen at send time tells you how many, and each record’s Compliance tab shows where that person stands.
It hit a daily cap or your monthly allowance. It starts back up on its own — the line under the status tells you when.
Scheduled sends carry the time zone of whoever scheduled them, shown on the row. Use Reschedule to change it.
Only All counts your whole filtered list. The four status buttons only count what’s loaded on the current page.
You can’t. Campaigns are written from a pipeline screen using Bulk Email, and they show up here once they’re sent or scheduled.
