If you have a loan in progress and your loan officer has invited you to their portal, this page explains how to get in and what you will find once you do.

Getting in

You cannot reach the portal from a generic address. You need the personal link from your invitation email, or the portal address your loan officer’s company gave you. Opening it without that link shows a message asking you to use the one from your invite. Your invitation email includes a link to set up your account. Opening it greets you by name and asks you to choose a password. Once that is done, you may be asked to set up two-factor authentication, either with an authenticator app or a code sent to you, for extra protection on future sign-ins. After your account is set up, you sign in with your email and password from the same link or address, with your two-factor code if you turned it on.

Credit monitoring

Once you are signed in, credit monitoring is what you will find. It is built on identity verification from a third-party credit service, not something Leaf360 or your loan officer calculates. To turn it on, you choose the type of credit check you want and whether it runs once or is kept current on an ongoing basis, then verify your identity in a short form inside the portal itself. There is no separate email link to click for this step; it happens right there on the screen. Once you are verified, you see your own credit score along with your full report, the main factors affecting your score, a breakdown of your debts, a simulator for seeing how different actions might change your score, and any alerts about changes to your credit. All of it is your own information, shown to you. Your loan officer uses this the same way they use any credit information you provide, to help find the right loan for you and catch anything that might affect it early. This screen is for you: it shows your own credit information back to you, and does not include any setting for sharing it further.
