If you refer business to a mortgage company, such as a real estate agent, a title company or an insurance contact, the partner portal is where you keep track of what you have sent them and how it is progressing.

Getting in

A loan officer at the mortgage company invites you by email. Opening the link takes you to a screen that already knows your name, email and company, and asks you to set a password to finish creating your account. If you already have a partner account with a different company and are being invited by a new one, you may instead be asked to sign in and link the two together, rather than creating a second account from scratch. Once your account exists, signing back in only needs your email and password.

Sending a lead

A Share Lead button lets you send a new borrower straight to a loan officer at the company, without a phone call or an email chain. You pick which loan officer it goes to, then fill in the borrower’s name, contact details, date of birth, loan amount, loan purpose and property address, plus a note if you want to add one. Submitting it creates a real lead on the loan officer’s side immediately.

Your dashboard

Your dashboard is a quick summary: how many leads you have sent, how many loans are active, how many have funded and for how much, who your connected loan officer contacts are, and a short list of your most recent loans.

Leads

Leads lists every borrower you have referred, with their stage, loan amount and the team working the file. Opening one shows more detail about that borrower and the loan they are working toward, including their credit score, alongside their name, contact details, loan amount, property details and the team assigned to the file. This is simply what your screen shows about the people you have referred. You can also leave a note on a lead and create a task for yourself or your team to follow up on it.

Loans

Loans covers referrals that have moved into an actual loan, split by stage: applications, pre-approved, processing and closing. Opening a loan shows the borrower’s contact details, a snapshot of the loan, key dates, a timeline of milestones as the loan moves forward, and a place to leave notes for the loan team.

Your team

If more than one person at your company works with the mortgage company, Team lists everyone else on your side who is connected, with their contact details.

Settings

Your settings cover your profile information, changing your password, and, if you work with more than one mortgage company through Leaf360, which companies you are connected to.
