Partner Performance is the analytics view built on the same referral data as Partners Overview, but calculated across your whole company instead of just a page of contacts. Come here to rank partners, see the conversion funnel, and find out which kind of partner is worth the most to you. Open it from Partner Performance, nested under Partners Overview in the Referral Partners group in the sidebar.
This is a paid-plan feature. On the free plan, the whole screen is replaced by a lock screen labeled PAID PLAN FEATURE, headed Partner Performance requires an upgrade, and reading Partner performance analytics are available on Leaf360 paid plans. It lists Referral partner rankings, Production and conversion metrics, and Partner pipeline insights, with Upgrade to unlock underneath. There’s no partial view — it’s all or nothing.

What the whole screen is counting

Every panel is built from one group: leads in your company that name a business contact as their referring partner and haven’t been trashed. A lead with no partner credited on it is invisible here, no matter what else is true about it. See Partners Overview for how that credit gets set. Unless you’re an administrator, that group narrows further to partners you’re attached to — contacts where you’re the assigned loan officer, one of the other loan officers, a collaborator, the account executive, or the person who created the record. Two people on the same team can see different numbers here and both be right. A loan counts as closed when its status is Funded, Closed, Loan Finalized, or Broker Check Received. Nothing else counts, and volume follows the same rule.

The header

The heading reads Partner Performance, with Track and analyze your referral partner performance underneath. Two controls sit on the right. The time period selector offers Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 12 months, and Year to date, and starts on Last 12 months.
The time period only affects the Performance Trends chart. The four cards, the conversion funnel, Top Referrers, Partner Tiers, Performance by Partner Type, and All Top Performers are all-time numbers — they don’t move when you change it.
The refresh button reloads the four cards and the conversion funnel. The other panels keep what they already have until you reload the page.

The four cards

Active Partners is worth reading carefully — it has nothing to do with the Active Partner contact stage. A contact sitting at Prospect with one credited lead counts here; a contact promoted to Top Partner who’s never been credited with anything doesn’t. Counts over a thousand are abbreviated, so twelve hundred referrals shows as 1.2K. Dollar amounts are abbreviated the same way as elsewhere: $1.2M and $450K.

Conversion Funnel

Four boxes in one card, each showing the percentage of leads that reached it (starting from the second box): Every percentage compares against the Leads number, not against the box before it. Closed counts loans, not leads, so a lead that produced more than one closed loan can make the last box outnumber the boxes above it.

Top Referrers

A leaderboard of your best-performing partners, five rows deep, with Best performing referral partners under the title. First place gets a crown, second a medal, third a trophy, and the rest just get a number. Each row shows the partner’s photo, their name with a small tier tag beside it, their contact type and company underneath, and on the right their closed volume with the closed loan count and conversion rate below it. The arrow at the end opens their contact record. Sort by offers Closed Volume, Total Leads, Closed Loans, and Conversion Rate, and starts on Closed Volume. Changing it re-ranks the leaderboard and the table at the bottom of the page together, since both read the same ten partners. It shows No partner data available when nothing qualifies.

Partner Tiers

A ring chart showing how your partners fall across five tiers, with Based on closed volume & loans under the title and a legend underneath listing each tier’s partner count and combined closed volume. Hover a legend row to see that tier’s rule. The rules use or, not and, so a partner reaches a tier by meeting either measure. New also includes every active business contact with no credited lead at all, which is usually why it’s your largest slice — and why the partner count on this chart runs well ahead of the Active Partners card. Tiers with nobody in them are left off the chart entirely.
The tier tag beside a partner’s name in Top Referrers and in the table at the bottom is a different thing. That tag reflects the Tier Level field on the contact record, which someone sets by hand, and shows nothing when the field is blank. The ring chart, on the other hand, is calculated from actual closed production. The two can disagree — and when they do, the chart is the one describing reality.
An area chart with two lines, New Leads and Closed Loans, over the period you chose in the header. This is the only panel the time period selector affects. The grouping changes with the period: seven and thirty days are grouped by day, ninety days by week, and twelve months and year-to-date by month. On monthly periods, the axis shows month over year, so March 2026 reads 03/26. On daily periods, every point in the same month carries that same month’s label — so hover over a point to see its exact date. It shows No trend data available when there’s nothing in the window.

Performance by Partner Type

A horizontal bar chart of closed volume by contact type, labeled Closed volume by partner category. One bar per contact type with at least one credited lead, with the axis shown in abbreviated dollars. This is the same idea as the panel with the same name on Partners Overview, but it’s not the same number. That one shows referral counts across a fixed list of nine types, over a page of contacts. This one shows closed volume across whatever contact types you actually have, across your whole company.

All Top Performers

The table at the bottom, labeled Complete leaderboard of referral partners, with these columns:
The label says complete, and the table holds ten rows. It’s the same ten partners shown in Top Referrers, which shows just the first five of them, ordered by whatever Sort by is set to. To see a different ten, change the sort.
Avg Loan averages the loan amount across all of that partner’s leads, including leads with no amount attached — which pulls the average down. It’s not the average of just their closed loans.

Common problems

Only Performance Trends uses the time period you pick. Everything else on the screen is all-time.
It’s not meant to match. It counts partners with at least one credited lead, no matter what stage they’re at.
The tag reflects the Tier Level field on their contact record, set by hand. The chart is calculated from closed volume and closed loans. Update the field on the contact if you want the two to match.
No lead in your company has a business contact credited as its referring partner — or none of the ones that do belong to partners you’re attached to. Credit a lead through its Source block and the numbers will follow.
Only loans at Funded, Closed, Loan Finalized, or Broker Check Received count. Anything still in process adds nothing.
Administrators see the whole company. Everyone else only sees partners where they’re the assigned loan officer, another loan officer, a collaborator, the account executive, or the creator.
