TPO Marketplace is where you find a wholesale lender when a loan doesn’t fit anywhere in your usual lineup. It combines two lists in one: every lender your company is already connected to, and the shared directory of lenders that every Leaf360 company can see. Open it by clicking All Lenders at the top of Scenarios, Leaf360’s lender guide chat. There’s no separate sidebar entry for it — Scenarios is the front door.
A lender only ever shows up once here. If your company is connected to a lender that’s also in the shared directory, you’ll see one card for it, not two.

What you’re looking at

Use the switch above the results to move between Grid View and List View. Grid view shows a card for each lender with its logo, name, product category tags, and a Connect or Message button. List view is a sortable table with the same lenders as rows, and you can filter it by column. Search looks at name, description, tagline, and the account executive’s name and email. Sort by offers Name A-Z, Name Z-A, Highest Rated, and Newest. A row of small product category tags above the results filters both views down to lenders that offer that category. Click the heart icon on a card or row to favorite that lender. Favoriting is just for you — a Favorites view lets you come back to only the lenders you’ve starred.

What a lender’s card tells you

  • Logo, name, tagline and description
  • Product categories, as tags
  • States covered, or a small label if it’s a national lender
  • A star rating built from reviews other loan officers have left
  • Whether your company is already connected
Click through to a lender’s full profile for more detail: minimum FICO, max LTV and max DTI, minimum and maximum loan size, turn times for initial underwriting, conditions, clear to close, and funding, plus the account executive or general contact on file. All of this is only as current as whoever entered it, so confirm anything that affects a live loan directly with the lender before you rely on it.

Where the lenders come from

Two sources feed this list, and it matters which one a lender came from:
  • The shared directory. Lenders that Leaf360 adds to the marketplace, or that manage their own live profile, are visible to every company on Leaf360 — not just yours. Reviews left on a shared-directory lender are visible to any loan officer who looks that lender up, not just people at your company.
  • Lenders your company connected to. Once a company admin adds a lender, or approves someone’s request to add one, your company is connected and the lender shows up in your list from then on.

Connecting to a lender

Clicking Connect on a lender’s card does more than add it to your list. Leaf360 finds the lender’s account executive — either the one already on file or one you supply — and sends them a real notification: an email letting them know your company has connected, or, if that account executive has never used Leaf360, an invite to activate their account. Either way, the lender finds out. If a lender has no account executive on file, you’ll be asked to supply a name and email before the connection can go through.
Connect is the one action here the lender is guaranteed to see. Favoriting a lender stays private — the lender and your coworkers never see it.

Adding a lender that is not listed

Can’t find a lender in the marketplace? Use Add Lender — or Request Lender if you’re not a company admin. See Add Lender for what that form does and who it goes to.

Common problems

Check whether it still needs to be requested. A lender someone requested but a company admin hasn’t approved yet stays hidden from this list until that request is decided. See Add Lender.
Whoever added or last edited the lender typed these fields in by hand — they’re not pulled live from the lender. Confirm anything that affects a live file with the lender’s account executive before you rely on it.
The lender’s account executive was notified the moment you connected. There’s no undo here — reach out to them directly to explain.
