This is the written version of a short video walking through how to connect Arive to Leaf360 so your Arive loans start importing automatically. Loans not showing up from Arive? Nine times out of ten it’s the API keys. Prefer to watch it instead? Here’s the video:
For the full reference on connection modes, status mapping, and what data actually moves over, see Arive. This page just follows the video.

Connecting Arive to Leaf360

1

Open the Arive card in Leaf360

In Leaf360, go to Account Settings (bottom left), then Data and Integration, then Arive. You’ll see two tabs: Direct API and Zapier.
2

Check your connection option in Arive

In Arive, go to User Settings, then API. Watch for Integrate with UWM here — that’s a different integration and not what you want. Under your company settings you’re looking for Integrate with Arive instead. If you see a Direct API option, take Direct API; if it’s Zapier, take Zapier.
3

Generate and copy your keys

If keys aren’t already populated in Arive, click Generate on the Client ID, Secret Key, and API Key. Copy each one as you go.
4

Paste credentials into Leaf360, not your Arive password

Click Copy on the Client ID and paste it into the matching Client ID field in Leaf360. Do the same for the Secret (into Client Secret) and the API Key.Your browser may try to autofill your Arive email or password into these fields — don’t use that. Even if a field already looks filled in, copy and paste the value directly from Arive anyway, just to make sure it’s correct.
5

Add your Arive Portal URL

In Arive, click your profile picture and use Copy Link to get your portal URL, then paste it into the Arive Portal URL field in Leaf360.
6

Match your login email

Last thing to verify: check whether you signed up for Leaf360 with a different email than the one you use in Arive. If so, copy your Arive login email and paste it into the LOS Email Alias field in Leaf360, so everything integrates properly.
7

Save and test the connection

Click the save icon. Once you’re happy with your credentials, portal URL, and LOS email alias, save each one, then use Test Connection to confirm everything is working.
Once connected, Leaf360 begins importing your loans directly from Arive.
