For the full reference on referral partners, attribution, and the Partner Portal, see Partners Overview. This page just follows the video.
Where business contacts live
Every referral partner you add lands in All Business Contacts. From there, partner types like Real Estate Agents, Loan Officers, and Title show up as their own rows in the sidebar — unless they’re hidden. Clicking the eye icon next to a hidden type brings it back. Turning that flat list into a real pipeline takes three steps, in order:1
Check your partner stages
In Settings, check your partner stages before building anything else — this is the stage flow your referral partners will move through. Leaf360 ships with a solid default set, but you can add or remove stages if you need to.
2
Confirm your partner types
Still in Settings, make sure the type of partner you want to build a pipeline for already exists — Real Estate Agent, Title Agent, Homeowners Insurance, Loan Officer, and so on. Click Add Type to create a new one (for example, Transaction Coordinator) if it’s missing, then Create.
3
Build the pipeline
Create a new pipeline for that partner type, give it a name, an icon, and a color. It shows up in the sidebar as soon as you save it.
