This is the written version of a short video showing how to import your Arive loans into Leaf360 once a Direct API connection is set up. If you’re connecting through Zapier instead, that’s covered in a separate video. Prefer to watch it instead? Here’s the video:
Haven’t connected Arive yet? Start with How to connect Arive to Leaf360. For the full reference on connection modes, mapping, and what data moves over, see Arive.

Importing your loans

1

Open the Direct API settings

In Leaf360, click Account Settings (bottom left), then head to Data and Integrations, then Integrations. Open Arive and select the Direct API option.
2

Enter your Arive credentials

Provide your Arive Portal URL, Client ID, Client Secret, and Client API Key — you’ll need to get these from your settings in Arive. A help doc linked below the video shows where to find them if you don’t have them yet. Once everything’s filled in, click Save API Credentials.
3

Provide your LOS email alias if needed

Another thing to make sure of: provide your LOS email alias if your Leaf360 login email is different from your Arive login email. For example, if your Leaf360 login is nicholas@leaf360.com but your Arive email is nicholasmora@gmail.com, you’ll want to put that Arive email in as your LOS email alias, so it matches correctly when Leaf360 is pulling your loans.
4

Subscribe to webhook events

Once connected, subscribe to all events so updates between Arive and Leaf360 stay in sync.
5

Select your loans

Go to the Loans tab and click the checkbox next to ID to select the loans you want to bring over.
6

Sync to Leaf360

Click Sync to Leaf360. This pulls all of the matching data from Arive over into Leaf360, and the loan is ready to work.
For what data actually comes across on a synced loan and the two status mapping tabs, see the full Arive reference page.
