Quick check first: if Arive gives you the Direct API option, use that instead — see How to import Arive loans into Leaf360 using Direct API. This CSV method is the fallback for Zapier-only accounts.

Importing by CSV
1
Connect Arive in Leaf360
In Leaf360, click Account Settings, go to Integrations, and open Arive. Enter your Client ID, Secret Key, and API Key.
2
Add your LOS email alias if needed
If your Leaf360 login email is different from your Arive account email, provide your LOS email alias so the two stay linked.
3
Export your loans from Arive
In Arive, use Import Loan Data to export all of your loans. A linked help doc shows exactly how to export them as a CSV file if you need it.
4
Upload the CSV into Leaf360
Back in Leaf360, choose the CSV file you just exported and select it in the importer.
5
Everything is already mapped
Once uploaded, you don’t need to touch anything — Leaf360 recognizes Arive’s own column headers and everything is already going to be mapped for you.
6
Confirm mapping and preview
Click Confirm Mapping and Preview, then complete the import. That’s how you get all your loans into Leaf360 without the Direct API integration.
For the full list of fields that come across on an imported loan, see the “Arive loans imported by file” section on the Arive reference page, or Import Data for importing outside of a specific loan pipeline.
