How it works
Every Leaf360 account comes with a unique inbound email address that works as a parser. You can either make it the main email your referral partners send business to, or just CC it on emails that already go somewhere else — either way works. Once an email lands in it, Leaf360 automatically breaks the message down: it looks for the name, email, phone number, any notes, and any details about the loan, then creates that lead in the system for you automatically.Under the hood, this runs on the same automation engine as everything else in Workflows — an Email Parser trigger (or the AI Email Parser action, for less structured emails) turns the incoming message into a new lead.
