This is the written version of a video showing how to stop rewriting the same pre-approval congratulations email (or any other recurring message) from scratch, using the AI builders. Prefer to watch it instead? Here’s the video:
For the full reference on each builder, see AI Email Builder and AI SMS Builder. This page just follows the video.

Generating an email template

1

Open the AI Builder

In the sidebar, open the marketing suite, go to Email Templates, and click AI Builder.
2

Start from a Quick Start, or describe it yourself

Pick one of the ready-made briefs (like pre-approval congratulations, welcome, or rate drop), or write your own description in plain English. Picking a Quick Start replaces whatever’s already typed.
3

Set tone, layout, and output type

Choose a Tone (Professional, Friendly, Urgent, Casual), a Layout (Standard, Minimal, Announcement), and leave Output Type on Canvas Editor unless you specifically want raw HTML.
4

Generate and edit

Click Generate Template. Once it’s ready, Edit Template hands it to the full template editor, where you should set the real call-to-action link before saving — the generated one is a placeholder.

Generating an SMS template

The SMS builder works the same way from SMS Templates: describe the message or pick a Quick Start, choose a tone and category, and click Generate SMS Templates. LIA returns three variations with a character and segment count on each — picking one over one segment (160 characters) keeps the message cheaper and more reliable to send. Use This hands your pick to the SMS template editor to finish and save.
Neither builder saves or sends anything by itself. A generated draft only becomes a real template once you open it in the editor and save it — leaving the screen loses it.
