Archive Pipeline is where records go when you archive them, and where you go to get them back. Its subtitle says as much: View archived leads, loans, and business contacts in one workspace and restore them when needed. Open it from Archive under Pipelines in the sidebar. The browser tab reads Archive Pipeline.

The three tabs

Next to the description is a small tag with the count of records in the tab, reading total. Switching tabs resets the page and the sort.
The Loans tab carries a second tag of its own: Deleted and archived loans are both shown here. Each loan row also has a State column reading Archived or Deleted. That’s a real distinction, and it’s why the Loans tab offers Restore on every row and no delete option at all.

Finding a record

The search box sits at the top right of the page, next to the title, and its placeholder text changes to match the tab you’re on — for instance Search archived leads…. It searches the whole archive, not just the records on the page in front of you, and typing resets you to the first page. Every column title works as a sort control. Click one to sort by that column; click it again to reverse the direction. The arrows only show on the column you’re sorted by, or on hover.

What each tab shows

Loan amounts are written as whole US dollars with no cents. Where a field is empty the cell reads a dash, and where a date is missing it reads Not available.

Restoring

1

Find the record

Search or sort until you can see it.
2

Press Restore

The button sits at the right end of the row.
3

Confirm

A dialog titled Restore record names the record and says it will be moved back into the active pipeline. There’s nothing to type.
The record leaves the archive as soon as the restore lands, and the empty state spells the rule out: Restored records will leave this list automatically. Restore is offered on all three tabs, including on loans marked Deleted.

Permanently deleting

Leads and business contacts also carry a Delete button. Loans do not. The dialog is titled Permanently delete record and is explicit that the action can’t be undone. It asks you to type the record’s name to confirm, and the Delete permanently button stays grayed out until what you’ve typed matches the name exactly, including capitalization.
This is a genuine permanent delete. The record is gone, it doesn’t come back to this list, and there’s no second archive behind it. Where you might want the record later, leave it archived instead. Archived records cost you nothing and stay restorable.

Pagination

Rows per page offers 20, 50, 100 and 200, starting at 20. The line beside it shows which slice of the total you’re on, and Previous and Next move between pages. Both are disabled while a page is loading, so a fast double click can’t skip a page. An empty tab reads No archived right now.

How records get here

Nothing is archived from this screen. Records arrive from the pipelines:
  • Leads are archived from the bulk bar on Sales Pipeline.
  • Loans are archived from the bulk bar on Loans.
  • Business contacts are archived from Contacts.

Common problems

That’s expected on the Loans tab, and the tag above the table says so. Deleted loans keep a Deleted state tag and can still be restored from here.
There’s no permanent delete for loans on this screen. Only leads and business contacts carry one.
The text has to match the record’s name exactly. Copy it from the dialog, which shows the name in bold, or from the placeholder in the input.
The dialog only promises to move the record back into the active pipeline. Check the search box, the column filters, the team filter and the focus bar before deciding it’s missing, and look across every stage rather than only the one you archived it from.
The tag counts what the current tab and search match. The sidebar counts the active pipelines, which archived records have left.
