Notifications is the full list behind the bell in the header. It holds everything Leaf360 has flagged for you about loans, leads, tasks, mentions, referrals, rate locks, key dates, and compliance — newest first. Think of the bell panel as a quick glance, and this screen as where you actually clear things out. Reach it by clicking View all notifications at the bottom of the bell panel, or Notifications in your account menu at the bottom of the sidebar. See Navigating Leaf360 for the bell panel itself.

The header

Below the heading is a line showing how many notifications are unread, how many there are in total, or that you don’t have any yet. On the right are two controls: Mark all read, which only shows up while something is unread, and a gear icon that opens Settings. There are five tabs: All, Unread with your unread count on it, Loans, Leads, and Tasks.
  • Loans covers new loans, loan assignments, status updates, milestones, rate locks, and key dates.
  • Leads covers lead assignments, lead updates, and conversions.
  • Tasks covers tasks, mentions, and reminders.
Anything outside those three — a referral, partner, or compliance notification, for example — only shows up under All and Unread. The search box next to the tabs matches on both the title and the body of a notification, and it searches within whichever tab you’re on.

Reading the list

Notifications are grouped under Today and Earlier. Each row shows the photo of whoever triggered it, or the Leaf360 logo when Leaf360 raised it itself, plus a small icon for the type of notification and a matching small tag on the right — things like Task, Mention, New Loan, Loan Assigned, Status Update, Milestone, Lead Assigned, Lead Update, Converted, Referral, Partner, Rate Lock, Key Date, Compliance, or Reminder. Unread rows stand out in bold, with a blue dot and a tinted background. Click a row to mark it read and open whatever it points to. Hover over a row instead to see Read — shown only while it’s unread — and Archive.

Clearing several at once

1

Select the ones you want

Check individual rows, or use the checkbox at the top of the list, labeled Select all visible notifications. It only grabs what the current tab and search are showing, not your whole list. Once you’ve selected something, the label turns into a count.
2

Archive or delete

Archive selected takes them off the list. Delete selected asks you to confirm first — a box titled Delete selected notifications reminds you the action can’t be undone.
3

Or change your mind

Clear selection drops your selection without touching anything.
Checking a row’s checkbox never opens the notification, so it’s safe to select without worrying.
There’s no tab for archived notifications on this screen. Once you archive something, it’s off the list for good — you won’t find it here again. Delete is permanent too, and the confirmation box says so.

Common questions

You’re in a demo session rather than signed in to your real account. Sign in properly and the list will load. See Signing in.
It only shows up while you have something unread. Nothing unread, no button.
Only those three tabs group notifications. Referral, partner, and compliance notifications live under All instead. Use the search box to find them.
It only selects what’s visible under the tab and search you’re using. Clear the search or switch to All first if you meant the whole list.
