Instead of building a workflow step by step, start from one Leaf360 already put together for you. A template is a complete workflow — a trigger and every action and branch it needs — that you load onto the canvas and adjust instead of building from scratch. The gallery lives inside Workflows and Automation, under the Templates tab.

Browsing

A search box filters by name, description, and tag. Category tags narrow it further. The two categories with the most templates are Lead Nurturing — drip sequences for new, warm, hot, cold, credit-repair, pre-approved, referral, and long-term leads — and Loan Processing, covering everything from application through closing: submission, underwriting, disclosure, conditional approval, resubmission, clear-to-close, and closing itself. Post-Closing, Alerts & Notifications, Reporting, and Communication each currently hold one template. Retention, Compliance, and Onboarding show up as filters too, but they’re empty for now — pick one and you’ll just see an empty gallery, not a bug. Each card shows the template’s name, a short description, its estimated time to complete, and how many steps it has.

Previewing a template

Click a card to preview it — nothing gets loaded yet. The preview breaks the template down by how many triggers, actions, conditions, and delays it has, then lists every step in order with its label and a short description. That way you can see the whole sequence — tag added, wait three days, check for a response, send follow-up email — before you load it.

Using a template

Click Use This Template to load its trigger, actions, and branches straight onto a new, blank canvas and open the workflow builder.
Loading a template doesn’t create a workflow by itself. It just fills the canvas — nothing is saved until you click Save in the builder, and nothing runs until you activate it from there. Treat every template as a draft to review, not a finished automation.
A loaded template lands on the same blank canvas as clicking Create Workflow, so editing, testing, and activating it works exactly as described on the workflow builder: check that the trigger matches what you actually want, make sure any email or SMS steps point at the templates you use, and run a test before turning it on. If none of the templates fit, Start from Scratch at the bottom of the gallery takes you to the same blank canvas with nothing loaded.

Common problems

It won’t show up until you save it. A loaded template is a draft on the canvas — check the workflow builder header for an Unsaved marker and click Save if you see one.
Templates ship with generic copy. Open the step and swap in your own template or edit the message before you activate the workflow.
Clear the category filter — it narrows on top of the search box instead of replacing it — or try a shorter search term.
