Dashboard is your reporting screen. It answers “how is the month going,” not “what should I do next.” Everything on it is scoped to one date range you pick at the top right, and most tiles let you click through to the list they’re counted from. Open it from Dashboard under Work in the sidebar. The heading reads Your overview.
The Dashboard row shows a ⌘D hint, but that shortcut actually opens LIA Assistant instead. Use the sidebar row to get here.

Choosing your date range

The header has a date range picker: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 4 weeks, Last 6 months, Month to date, Quarter to date, Year to date, All time, or a Custom range you set yourself. It opens on Year to date. Picking Custom range opens a two-month calendar to choose your start and end dates. All time isn’t literally forever — it starts on January 1, 2020. A couple of the tiles rename themselves to match your range, so Leads YTD becomes Leads MTD, and so on.
The Compare toggle next to the date range only adds a label — it doesn’t change the numbers on the page. The comparison you actually want is already on each tile’s second line, so read that instead of relying on this toggle.

The six key numbers

Your lead count for the period, with the change from last period underneath (or how many still need a first contact, if there’s nothing to compare yet). Click it to open Sales Pipeline.
Loans currently at the application stage. Click it to see that list, filtered by application date.
Loans currently in processing. Click it to see that list.
How many loans closed and their combined dollar volume. Click it to see the closings list, filtered by closing date rather than application date.
Revenue for the period, with your goal underneath if you’ve set one. Use the gear icon to set or change that goal — clicking the tile itself doesn’t do anything.
How many service-level alerts are open right now, or All clear if none are. Click it to see them, or use the gear icon to open your SLA settings.

Pipeline chart

A funnel chart with two tabs, Leads and Loans, showing how many are at each stage. Click a stage to jump straight to it — a lead stage opens Sales Pipeline filtered to that status, a loan stage opens that pipeline in Loans.

AI Coach

The blue card next to the pipeline chart. It rotates through a running list of insights, organized into three tabs:
  • Actions — leads, calls, texts, and tasks it thinks you should tackle next, each with a priority and a reason why.
  • Risks — loans it thinks need attention.
  • Opportunities — groups of leads worth working, which open Sales Pipeline filtered to that group.
Click any item to open the record behind it. If it can’t load, it’ll say so and reassure you that your data is safe.
This card is labeled AI Coach, not LIA — it’s a dashboard feature, separate from the LIA assistant. LIA lives on the Ask LIA row at the top of the sidebar: see LIA Assistant.

Forecast vs. Goals

Your target, actual, and projected numbers for the period, switchable between MTD, QTD, and YTD. Set Goals here opens the same goal-setting dialog as the Revenue tile.

Referral Partners

Your top referral sources and how their business is trending. Click a row to open that contact’s record. For the full picture, see Partners Overview.

Team Leaderboard

The last card on the page. Switch between Week, Month, Quarter, and YTD, and sort by Closings, Volume, Leads, Conversion, or Activity. It refreshes itself every few minutes on its own.

Common questions

That’s expected — it only adds a label. The comparison you want is already shown on each tile’s second line.
Correct — that one tile doesn’t link anywhere. Use its gear icon to set goals, or check Forecast vs. Goals below it instead.
Check your date range first, then check whether Forecast or Team Leaderboard has its own separate period set — those two have their own controls, apart from the main date range at the top.
Pipeline stages come from how your company set things up, so they can look different company to company. See Loans.
