Call History is the log of every call Leaf360 has a record of — inbound and outbound — with the recording, transcript, and AI read on the conversation attached to each row. It’s a reading screen only. Nothing here dials. The browser tab reads Call History.

Getting to it

Call History isn’t a sidebar row. Click the phone button in the top header to open the quick-call box, then click View call history at the bottom of it.

What you see

The heading is Call History, and the line underneath tells you what you’re looking at:
  • Administrators and super administrators see All company calls.
  • Everyone else sees Your call history.
When the log has anything in it, that line also shows the total as calls. The count covers everything matching your current filters, not just what’s on screen. To the right of the heading, one button flips the sort between Newest and Oldest.

The table

When the number matches a record, an arrow at the end of the row opens that record. Clicking anywhere else on the row expands the call instead.

Filtering

1

Search

Search calls… at the top left searches your whole call history, not just what’s on screen. It waits until you stop typing before it runs.
2

Pick a date window

The date button offers All Time, Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, and Custom Range…. Choosing the custom option opens a second button with a two-month calendar for picking a start and end date.
3

Narrow by direction and outcome

Direction offers All Directions, Inbound and Outbound. Status offers All Statuses, Completed, Missed, Busy and Voicemail.
4

Narrow to one team member

A Team Member picker shows up for administrators only, listing every member of your team with their photo. Everyone else doesn’t see it at all.
Whatever filters you’ve applied show up as small tags under the filter bar, each with an X to remove it, alongside a Save filter button.

Saved filters

Smart Filters saves the direction, status, team member, and date window you’ve applied under a name you pick. The button shows a count once you have any saved; until then the menu reads No saved filters yet. and Apply filters then save them here. Each saved set shows how many of the four filters it includes, with a trash icon beside it. Saved sets are stored both on this computer and to your account, so they follow you to another machine.
A saved set that used a Custom Range stores the exact dates you picked, not a rolling window. Reapplying it months later reapplies those same two dates.

Opening a call

Click a row and it expands underneath into the full details. What shows up depends on what Leaf360 captured — a short missed call expands to almost nothing, while a long conversation expands to a lot.

The player

If there’s a recording or voicemail, a waveform player sits at the top of the expanded call, with play and pause, a click-to-seek waveform, ten-second rewind and forward buttons, a running timer, and a speed button that cycles through 1x, 1.5x, and 2x. The audio plays right inside Leaf360, so you never need to go to your carrier for it.
The waveform shape is generated from the call’s ID, not from the actual audio. It gives you a stable shape to scrub against — it doesn’t show how loud the conversation actually was.

What else the expansion can hold

  • AI Summary, a one-line summary of the call.
  • Transcript, split by speaker and timestamped where the transcription captured separate utterances, or shown as a single block of text where it didn’t. Speakers are labeled S0, S1, and so on.
  • Sentiment, shown only when it comes back as something other than neutral, with a confidence percentage.
  • Topics, as small tags.
  • Action Items, as a list, with a Done tag on any that were completed.
  • Notes recorded against the call.
  • Disposition, as a small tag.
  • Voicemail Transcription, where the call went to voicemail.
  • Tags.
  • A final line of call details: a shortened carrier ID for the call, and its start and end times.
Recordings and transcripts only show up if your company has call recording turned on — and recording can also be turned off for one number on its own. Both settings, plus the spoken recording disclosure, live under Phone System. See Phone system.

Pagination

Thirty calls load at a time. The line under the table reads Showing X to Y of Z calls, with Page of and previous/next buttons on the right. There’s no option to change how many rows load per page. An empty table shows No calls found, with Try adjusting your filters underneath if you have filters applied, or Calls will appear here as they are made if you don’t.

Common problems

That’s the non-administrator view — the line under the heading confirms it by saying Your call history. Company-wide visibility and the Team Member filter are both administrator-only.
Either your company has call recording turned off, or the call ended before a recording started. Check Phone System, then General, for the Call Recording switch.
Those get produced after the call and attached once ready, so a very recent call might have audio and nothing else yet. A call whose transcription didn’t finish shows no transcript at all.
Leaf360 couldn’t match the number to a lead, loan, or contact. The call is still logged — it just has nothing to link to.
They’re stored on your account and loaded when the page opens. If that fails, a backup copy saved on this computer is used instead — so a set created on a different computer can be briefly missing here.
