Who is in a pipeline
A contact belongs to a pipeline when its contact type matches one of the types the pipeline was set up for, or when someone has put it into that pipeline directly. Both count — a contact assigned by hand still shows up even if its type doesn’t match. The title is the switcher
The heading names the pipeline, followed by either All or the sub-pipeline you’re in. Click it to open a menu with:- All, labeled All contacts in this pipeline, with a counter showing the pipeline’s contact count.
- One entry per sub-pipeline, each with a counter showing how many stages it holds.
- Customize Pipeline, which opens the editing screen.
Focus bars
Once you’re inside a sub-pipeline, a row of focus bars appears above the table. Each one is a saved filter for that sub-pipeline, with a name and a count, and clicking it narrows the table down to the contacts it matches. A Customize button sits at the end of the row. The All view has no focus bars. To go back to everything in the pipeline, use All in the title menu.List View and Kanban
A toggle under the header switches between List View and Kanban. List View is the same table you get on Contacts — the same search box, date filter, column filters, saved filters, team filter, Find Duplicates, column picker, and bulk action bar. Saved filters here are kept per pipeline, so each pipeline has its own set. Kanban lays the same contacts out as one column per stage, each with its own count, and loads more as you scroll. Drag a card to another column to move that contact to a new stage — Leaf360 saves it right away and confirms with Contact stage updated. An empty column says No contacts in this stage and offers an Add Contact button.Bulk actions
Select rows in List View and the same bar you’d see on Contacts appears: Move to Stage, Assign To, Change Type, Bulk Email, Export, Power Dial, Add to Campaign, tags, partner source, Merge (once you’ve selected two or more), Archive, and Delete. Archive and delete both ask you to type a confirmation first.Customize Pipeline
Customize Pipeline in the title menu, or Customize at the end of the focus bar row, opens the Customize Pipeline screen, for editing pipeline structure, stages, and focus bars. This screen covers:- The pipeline’s Name, Description, Icon, and Color.
- Its Contact Types — at least one is required, and you’ll be told so if you have none.
- Stages (Sub-Pipelines), with Add Stage to create one. Until you’ve added any, it says No stages yet. Add stages to organize your pipeline.
- The focus bars inside each sub-pipeline, and the filter conditions behind each one.
How this compares to Contacts and All People
Partner Pipelines and Contacts work off the same records through the same table, so an edit you make in one shows up in the other. The difference is scope: Contacts counts every business contact you hold, while this screen counts only the members of the pipeline you opened — so a smaller total here is expected, not a sign that records are missing.
All People is a separate set of data. Nothing you do on either contacts screen changes it.
Common questions
I get No pipeline selected
I get No pipeline selected
This screen needs you to pick a pipeline first. Go back to the sidebar and click a pipeline row under Pipelines.
The heading says Pipeline and the list is empty
The heading says Pipeline and the list is empty
That happens when the pipeline you were pointed to no longer exists — usually because it was deleted, or you followed an old link. Pick a pipeline from the sidebar again.
A contact I expected is not in this pipeline
A contact I expected is not in this pipeline
Membership follows the contact type the pipeline was set up for, or a direct assignment. Open Customize Pipeline and check the contact types, or change the contact’s type on its own record.
I can't see any focus bars
I can't see any focus bars
Focus bars belong to sub-pipelines, so the All view doesn’t have any. Choose a sub-pipeline from the title menu, or add one in Customize Pipeline.
My saved filters are not here
My saved filters are not here
Saved filters on this screen are stored per pipeline. A set saved against one pipeline won’t show up on another, and the sets saved on Contacts are separate again.
